Overview

Square Sketch itself as an app does not collect or transmit any personal information.

In relation to the app, however, the following two cases must be considered:

For both cases you will find a more detailed description below.

Responsible for Square Sight and the privacy of the apps is Daniel Roth, freelance engineer.

Log files when accessing the support website

When accessing the support website, the web host saves the IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the file accessed, URL of the website from which access is made, browser and operating system used, status codes and the amount of data transferred.

This data enables the web host to be traceable in the event of disruptions and is automatically deleted after 14 days if there was no disruption.

Support emails

If you send an email to the support, your name, email address and the content of the message will be stored with the web host and Square Sight.

Your message will be manually deleted along with your name and email address when your issue has been resolved and there are no statutory retention periods.

Your email address will not be passed on and will not be used internally for mailing lists, for example to send you newsletters or advertising.

Analytics and error reports

The app itself does not collect and transmit analytics and error information. However, when the app is downloaded from the Microsoft Store and later used, Microsoft collects analytics and error information about the app without the app being able to control this.

For example, the following information is collected about the app:

The information is anonymous and cannot be directly assigned to specific individuals.
